We are seeking a highly motivated Acquisitions Manager to join our
team and earn $20k/month!

Responsibilities:

--- Attend and manage up to 10 in-person appointments per week with
potential sellers.
--- Perform due diligence on property conditions and market trends
to accurately assess property value.
--- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate
a signed contract.
--- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact
interaction details and monitor the sales process.
--- Follow up on all attended appointments and manage necessary
follow-ups with potential sellers.
--- Maintain excellent time and calendar management to ensure all
appointments and follow-ups are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
--- Proven experience in in-person B2C sales, preferably in real
estate, roofing, in-home sales, or similar fields.
--- Strong ability to build trust and rapport with sellers.
--- Excellent time and calendar management skills.
--- Resilient and determined, with the ability to handle objections
and close deals.
--- Proficient in using CRM systems to track interactions and
manage the sales process.
--- Must be based in Los Angeles County (excluding Antelope
Valley).
--- Must have a working vehicle and be willing to drive anywhere in
LA County daily.
--- Full-time commitment with no other jobs or side hustles.
