Urgent Hire: Patient Service Representative - Glendale, CA
Location: Glendale, CA (100% Onsite)Pay: $21-22/hrShift/Schedule:
Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm (40 hours a week - Full Time) Estimated
Start Date: 10/29/24 - 11/5/24Contract to Hire: 14 weeks with
permanent opportunity after contract Interview Process: 1 step /
Onsite interview / 30 min interview Job Description: This position
will consist of greeting patients, answering phones (30-60 calls a
day), scheduling appointments, collecting patient demogrpahics,
verifying insurance, update emr (electronic medical record) system,
and providing excellent patient care and customer service. Looking
for :Candidates that has experience with administration duties
(non-clinical) within a call center or medical front office setting
assisting with inbound calls from patients. The ideal candidates is
someone who has been in the industry for 1.5-2+ years. and someone
that is okay with repetitive work and assisting patients via
telephone and in person. It is important that you have a strong
understanding of how HMOs insurances work within a medical group or
